I weighed in a couple of days ago and was surprised to discover that I had lost another pound. I quickly logged into my weight tracker site and did a dance of joy.
The weight tracker predicts my weight loss based on proper diet and exercise and I was so happy to discover that I am one pound less than what the tracker predicts for me.
And I’m not hungry, I’m not denying myself anything other than junk food.
Next step, more exercise.
I am happy and proud of myself. I can’t wait to feel better as I keep losing weight.
